To help you manage changes to scheduled talks more smoothly, we’ve added a helpful new option when updating key talk details. If attendees are already booked into a talk you’re editing and you make a change to the title, date, or time, you’ll now have the ability to send them an updated calendar invite directly from the confirmation screen.
What’s New
When editing a talk with attendees already booked, updates to the title, date, or time will trigger a new prompt on the confirmation screen.
You’ll see an option to send updated calendar invites so your attendees stay in the loop with the latest details.
This ensures that everyone has the most accurate information in their calendars, reducing confusion and no-shows.
A small change that helps you keep things clear and organised for everyone involved.
Note that this new feature is currently only active for events setup as an ‘Ongoing Series’ or as a ‘One-Off Workshop’ and where calendar invites are not turned off for the event.
