Post-Broadcast Comment Control for Talks

HeySummit has introduced a valuable update for event organizers looking to have more control over audience engagement. In the latest update, you now have the option to disable new comments on your talk once the broadcast has ended. This feature can be easily accessed and adjusted in the Advanced Settings when editing a talk.

What's New:

  • Enhanced Control Over Audience Interaction: You can now choose to turn off the ability for new comments to be posted after your broadcast finishes. This gives you greater control over how and when your audience engages with your content.
  • Visibility of Existing Comments: Any comments made during the live broadcast will remain visible, ensuring that the dynamic discussions generated during the live event are not lost.
  • On by Default: By default, comments will remain enabled post-broadcast. This new feature offers flexibility, allowing you to decide whether to keep this default or opt for a more controlled interaction post-broadcast.
  • This update is particularly beneficial for organizers who want to maintain a focused and relevant discussion on their content, even after the live event concludes. By providing the option to disable new comments post-broadcast, HeySummit ensures that the quality and relevance of the conversation are preserved according to your preferences.
