We’ve made it easier to personalize your event emails by expanding our mail merge capabilities. Until now, you could include the attendee’s first name in your messages—now, you can include their last name too. This small but impactful update helps you tailor your communication more effectively.

What’s New

• You can now use the merge field [[ATTENDEE_LAST_NAME]] to include an attendee’s last name in emails.

• This complements the existing [[ATTENDEE_FIRST_NAME]] field, giving you fuller personalization options.

• The last name will appear only if the attendee provided it during registration (as part of the full name field).

With both first and last name merge fields now available, your messages can strike a more personal tone and enhance attendee engagement.
