New Option to Always Show “Book My Place” Button After Registration

Previously, once an attendee registered for an event, the “Book My Place” button would automatically disappear from the navigation header. While this helped streamline the experience, it limited opportunities to re-engage attendees post-registration.

We’ve now added more flexibility for event organizers who want to drive additional conversions or upgrades.

What’s New

  • You can now choose to always display the “Book My Place” button, even after an attendee has registered.

  • This option is available under Setup → Registration and Checkout.

  • Ideal for encouraging attendees to purchase additional tickets or add-ons, or simply revisit the checkout process.

  • Helps boost engagement and post-registration sales opportunities.

This change gives you more control over the attendee journey, especially if upselling or multi-ticket purchases are part of your event strategy.
