We’re excited to launch recurring payments to provide greater flexibility in how you sell access to your content and offerings.
This powerful feature lets you set up subscriptions (e.g., $10/month for on-demand video access) or break down large payments into manageable instalments (e.g., $200/month for 4 months). Whether you’re building long-term memberships or making big-ticket items more accessible, recurring payments make it simple.
What’s New:
Flexible Payment Schedules: Choose payment frequencies (weekly, monthly, yearly) and customise intervals (e.g., every month or every 3 months).
Set Payment Durations: Allow ongoing payments until attendees cancel, or define a fixed number of payments (e.g., 4 monthly instalments).
Failed Payment Handling: Automatically retry failed payments for up to 30 days (customisable), with automated notifications sent to attendees.
Subscription Management: Attendees can manage their subscriptions, including cancellations, through a link in their email notifications.
With this update, you can now tailor your payment options to better suit your audience’s needs while maintaining control over access and payment continuity.
Please note, that recurring payments is currently only available for customers using Stripe as their payment provider.
