We’ve just rolled out a completely rebuilt chat, Q&A, and live polls experience for your events - rewritten from the ground up! While this release mirrors the core functionality you’re used to, it brings a refreshed interface, thoughtful enhancements, and most importantly, sets the foundation for a wave of powerful networking and live streaming features launching later this year.
This new system will automatically apply to all upcoming events starting in the next two weeks. Existing or past events will continue to use the legacy setup.
If you’d like a walkthrough, watch the Loom video below where we showcase the new interface and what’s coming next.
What’s New
Refreshed interface for chat, Q&A, and polls, designed from scratch to improve reliability and user experience across all attendee sizes.
Real-time chat updates and reactions, plus visual role badges (organiser, speaker, host) for quick participant context.
Improved moderation tools, including the ability to delete or approve content, now more intuitive and accessible.
Revamped Q&A experience with threaded answers, reaction-based feedback, and optional approval workflows.
Enhanced polling options, including single/multiple choice and new rating scales, with live result tracking and sleek animations.
Lays the groundwork for major upcoming features - think Slack-style event lobbies, private messaging, attendee directories, and even a native live streaming studio.
This update is about more than just polish - it’s a key first step in transforming your event experience into something truly interactive, dynamic, and community-driven. Stay tuned!
