We’ve made speaker calendar invites clearer and more reliable. Organisers can now choose to automatically send calendar invites to speakers when talk times are assigned or updated, while still keeping full control over when speakers are contacted.
This helps reduce missed sessions, makes it easier to spot speakers who are missing an email address, and gives organisers better visibility into whether calendar invites have been sent successfully.
You’ll find the new option in Speaker Settings, and invite status is visible when sending calendar invites from a talk.
