Improved CRM Integration: Map Registration Questions to Specific CRM Fields

We’ve enhanced our CRM integration functionality, making it easier for you to sync attendee data from your HeySummit event to your CRM system. This update allows for precise mapping between your event’s custom registration questions and your CRM fields, ensuring better data alignment and personalisation.

What’s New:

  • You can now select specific CRM fields to link to your event’s custom registration questions via a dropdown menu.

To get started, navigate to the integrations area under the setup section, edit your CRM integration, and map your fields as needed. This streamlined setup improves data consistency and gives you greater control over attendee information syncing.
