When your attendees login to access your event, HeySummit will automatically email a magic link so that they can login securely. In rare occasions an attendee might be unable to receive the magic link via email.

As an event organiser, if an attendee reaches out to you (saying that they havent received their magic link email), you can now generate a one-off magic link for them. To access this new feature head to Reporting > Attendees and select the 'Generate Magic Link' option next to the attendee you want to generate a link for.
