We've refined our approach to managing incomplete registrations to boost conversion rates.

What's New:

  • Multiple Reminder Emails: Instead of a single reminder, we now send up to three emails to attendees who haven't completed their registration, spaced one day apart.

This update aims to more effectively re-engage potential attendees, maximizing the chances of converting incomplete registrations into successful ones.
