Copy Speakers & Talks Across Events with Bulk Actions

We’ve made it easier to manage your speakers and talks when organising multiple events. Instead of re-entering the same information for each event, you can now quickly duplicate speakers or talks from one event to another directly within the platform. This helps streamline setup and saves valuable time.

What’s New

  • A new bulk action is now available on the Content > Speakers and Content > Talks page.

  • When selecting one or more speaker/talk, you’ll see the option to Copy to Another Event in the bulk actions drop-down.

  • Perfect for re-using speakers and talks across events without retyping or importing details.

  • Helps reduce repetitive data entry and speeds up event preparation.

Note: If you need to copy the entire event (not just selected speakers or talks), you can use the Clone Event option found under the Manage drop-down at the top right of the event dashboard.
