Managing your events just got easier with more control over who moderates your sessions. We’ve introduced a new option in the Talk & Replay Experience settings that allows you to pre-designate attendees who should automatically receive moderator privileges when they join a talk.

What’s New

• New setup field: Add email addresses under Attendee Emails to Auto-Promote as Moderators to automatically grant moderator status.

• Streamlined moderation: Anyone listed will instantly gain the ability to manage chat, Q&A, and polls during the session—no manual promotion required.

• Team flexibility: Ideal for recurring contributors or trusted participants you want to empower from the start.

• Applies to new chat system only: This feature is available exclusively for events using our upgraded chat experience, which is now rolling out to all new events.
