Auto-Created Attendee Records for Speakers

Managing speaker access to your events just got easier. With our new feature, you can now automatically create an attendee record for every speaker you add, streamlining the process and ensuring they have everything they need to engage with your event.

What’s New

  • Automatic attendee record creation: When this option is enabled, each new speaker will be linked to a selected ticket, giving them instant access to event content.

  • Custom ticket assignment: Choose which ticket to auto-assign to speakers using a new dropdown in the Speaker Settings area.

  • Simplified access for speakers: This ensures speakers can view event sessions and content without requiring manual attendee setup.

  • Flexible login options: If your speakers are invited via the Speaker Dashboard, they’ll already have access—no attendee record needed unless preferred.

Find this setting under Setup > Speaker Settings, and select the desired ticket using the new “Auto Create Attendee Record?” dropdown.
