Add Extra Details to Attendee & Speaker Calendar Invites

We’ve added more flexibility to your event invitations! You can now include an optional extra description in calendar invites for attendees and speakers. This is perfect for adding important details, reminders, or instructions to ensure everyone has the information they need.

What’s New

  • Two new fields in Setup > Update Event Settings allow you to add extra descriptions to calendar invites.

  • Customise attendee and speaker invites separately to provide relevant details for each group.

  • Great for including instructions, reminders, or any additional context needed before the event.
