Your attendees can now directly view their payment receipt / invoice, as well as download a PDF copy from their ‘My Purchases’ area (which is accessible via the dropdown at the top right of the screen when the attendee is logged in).

In addition, as an Event Organiser, you can now also access and download invoices on behalf of your attendees by heading to Revenue > Ticket Sales. Perfect if an attendee reaches out asking for a copy of their invoice.
