Private messages are now easier to spot during your event. Attendees, speakers, and sponsors can see unread message badges in the event header and account menu, with matching inbox indicators where they manage conversations.

HeySummit can also send an email reminder when a private message has not been read after five minutes, giving recipients a backup notification even if they are away from the event page.
