We’ve added a new option to help you make select talks freely available to all registered attendees - no matter their ticket type. The new ‘Open Access’ setting allows you to override ticket-based restrictions so more people can benefit from key sessions.

This feature is ideal when you want to highlight high-impact talks, promotional sessions, or community content by removing access limitations while still requiring attendees to be registered.

What’s New

• New ‘Open Access?’ toggle: Make any talk available to all registered attendees, regardless of their ticket restrictions.

• Live and replay access: Attendees get full access to both the live stream and the replay - even if their ticket would normally exclude the talk.

• Easy setup: Navigate to Content > Talks, then use the ‘Advanced Options’ dropdown for the specific talk to enable Open Access.

• Registration still required: Attendees must be registered for the event, but no specific ticket is needed to view Open Access talks.
