New Option to Suppress Non-Critical Emails for Speakers

To help you manage speaker communications more thoughtfully, especially for VIPs or high-profile guests, we’ve introduced a new setting that gives you greater control over what emails get sent out.

What’s New

  • New ‘Suppress non-critical emails?’ field when adding or editing a speaker

  • When enabled, the speaker will not receive less essential messages, including:

    • Notifications about new comments or replies

    • Automated talk reminder emails

    • Post-event wrap-up emails like “Thanks for being a part of the event”

  • Ideal for ensuring VIPs aren’t overwhelmed with routine messages, while still receiving essential communications

This small but powerful tweak helps you tailor the speaker experience to suit different engagement levels.
