We’ve improved how you manage time-sensitive access by enhancing the ‘Expire by Date’ field for tickets, add-ons, and donations. Previously, this field only allowed selection of a date, automatically expiring access at 11:59 PM on that day. With this update, you can now choose an exact expiration time, giving you more precision and flexibility when managing access windows.

• You can now set both date and exact time for when ticket-related access expires

• Ideal for managing time-limited promotions or events with strict access cutoffs

• Applies to tickets, add-ons, and donations during both creation and updates

• Does not affect when the item can be purchased - only when access for buyers ends
