Improved Timing for Event Confirmation & Schedule Emails

We’ve adjusted the timing of attendee emails to create a more logical and efficient delivery sequence. Now, key event-related emails arrive when they’re most useful.

What’s New

  • The welcome email is now sent immediately alongside the payment receipt email upon registration. Attendees will of course only receive the welcome email once, even if they register for additional tickets later.

  • The schedule email and calendar invite will now be sent 15 minutes after registration, reducing wait times (previously we would send them 30 minutes after registering).

With the above tweaks, this means attendees will first receive their receipt (with the QR code) and welcome email, followed by their schedule and invite email shortly after.

These updates ensure attendees receive important information at the right time, making event registration smoother and more intuitive.
