Enhanced Attendee Engagement Metrics in Reports

We've made an important update to the Attendee Report, accessible under Reports > Attendees, to provide organizers with deeper insights into attendee engagement. This enhancement is aimed at giving you a clearer picture of how engaged your attendees are by showing not just the number of broadcasts and replays they've watched but also the total time spent watching.

What's New:

  • Attendee reports now display the total combined time each attendee has spent watching broadcasts and replays.
  • The report also includes a count of how many broadcasts and replays each attendee has viewed.

This update is designed to help you better understand attendee behavior and engagement levels, enabling more informed decisions about content and event structure. By knowing not just how many sessions attendees are viewing but also how much time they are dedicating to your event, you can gauge the effectiveness of your content and identify areas for improvement.
