You can now make your talks accessible to a wider audience with a new Public Access? option. This lets you share broadcasts and replays with anyone (no registration or ticket required) perfect for open sessions, community events, or promotional content.

What’s New

• Added a Public Access? field in talk settings, found under Content > Talks > Advanced Settings.

• When enabled, both live broadcasts and replays (if available) can be viewed by anyone.

• Great for public webinars, marketing showcases, and community outreach.

• Note that when a talk is marked as public, the chat and comments facilities are removed for that talk.
