Today we're introducing a new feature that enhances your control over the attendee experience post-purchase. Previously, you could create a custom confirmation page with personalized content. Now, you can also set a custom redirect URL, directing attendees to an external website after purchasing a specific ticket.
Note though, that both the custom confirmation page and new custom redirect URL are restricted to the Success plan.

Custom Redirect URL: Direct attendees to an external website of your choice after they purchase a specific ticket.
This update offers greater flexibility in managing the post-purchase journey, allowing you to tailor the attendee experience to better meet your event goals.
