Media Assets now has a clearer way to manage the promotional materials you share with speakers, sponsors, and affiliates.
You can upload one or more files at once, add optional display names, group assets into folders, and add external links for shared folders in tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva. Availability controls also let you choose whether each asset should be shown to speakers, sponsors, affiliates, or a specific subset of people.
The media asset dashboards have been refreshed too: uploaded assets now appear first, generated promo images sit in their own section, and all assets use the same card layout so files, links, and generated images are easier to scan and download.
